I am the owner of niche renovation company (Kismet Renovations) that specializes in custom tiled bathroom transformations. My experience with Ritchie’s is summed up in the Simon Sinek quote “We don’t do business with companies. We do business with people. Business is always human.”
My interaction has been cultivated and won through stellar customer service that is both personal and genuine. John the “Tile Guy” is exceptional at inside sales always working closely with us to locate and order in the unique and sometimes odd things that aren’t typically found in Fredericton, New Brunswick and for that I am grateful.

On top of all that I shopped hard and negotiated every item harder throughout the city from the big box retailers to the wholesalers and no one beat the prices I got through John at Ritchie’s. That makes me a grateful and happy customer.
